1. Service Refunds
- Refunds are only applicable in cases where ITLEB PTY LTD fails to deliver the agreed-upon service.
- No refunds will be issued for completed repairs, software installations, or unlock services once the service has been successfully performed.
- If a service is partially completed or cannot be completed, a partial refund may be issued at ITLEB’s discretion.
2. Product Returns & Refunds
- Defective or Faulty Products: If a purchased product is faulty or defective, it must be returned within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
- Non-Returnable Items: Digital products, software licenses, and customized services are non-refundable.
- Condition for Returns: Products must be returned in their original packaging, with all accessories, and must not show signs of misuse.
3. Warranty & Replacements
- 30-Day Warranty on Original Parts: If a part replaced by ITLEB PTY LTD malfunctions within 30 days, we will replace it at no extra cost.
- Warranty does not cover damage caused by liquid exposure, physical impact, or tampering by a third party.
4. Refund Process
- To request a refund, contact us at info@itleb.co.za with your proof of purchase and reason for the refund.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days after approval.
